Christmas Parade

Each year just after Thanksgiving, the Downtown Sylva Association puts together a parade complete with floats representing a broad spectrum of the community. Children in attendance can have their pictures taken with Santa Claus. This is a family-friendly fun filled evening! Families can have pictures taken with Santa downtown during the afternoon preceding the parade.
The 2009 Christmas Parade theme is,
“A Storybook Christmas.” The Parade will be held in Downtown Sylva at 3:30 pm on December 5th. Pictures with Santa will be from 12-3 pm. More details to come.
