Festival. We will also have live music that night (Open till 10 or

later) serving Fresh-roasted coffee, hot chocolate, ice-cold

lemonade and delicious food to eat.

Saturday, April 24, we will host an evening “Meet the Farmers”

event after the GUTM festivities wrap up; have dinner with us and

meet the farmers who grow your food, and learn more about the

mountain farming community that we work with every day.

We’ll also have live music throughout the evening. During

GUTM, come up the hill for drink and dessert specials, kid-friendly

events and more.

Heinzelmannchen Brewery invites you to stop by the brewery and celebrate their 6th anniversary with food, beer, soda and prizes.  Open from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at 545 Mill Street, on the back street of Downtown Sylva.

The Friends Used Book Store will hold a “Bag Sale” during

Greening Up the Mountains Festival. For fifty cents, including tax,

customers can fill a grocery size plastic bag with pink and blue

marked sale books. Bags may be left at the store and picked up

when festival goers are ready to return to their cars.

Simultaneously, an Overstock Sidewalk Sale will be held at the

book store. Many books by popular authors will line the sidewalk

outside the store. Specially priced at $1.00 each, plus tax,

shoppers should find them hard to resist.
