Join Spring Street Cafe, City Lights Bookstore and Heinzelmannchen Brewery to celebrate The reopening of Spring Street, new ownership of City Lights, and the new cookbook by Heinzelmannchen Brewery this Thursday, February 25th, from 6 to 9 p.m.

Sylva’s Heinzelmannchen Brewery has produced a new cookbook featuring dozens of recipes made with Heinzelmannchen beer. The event at City City Lights will be a celebration of its publication and a chance for the public to taste some of the items included.

Beginning at 6:00 p.m. enjoy great food from Spring Street Cafe, made with Heinzelmannchen Beer. Spring Street will be highlighting selections from their menu that are made with Heinzelmannchen beer and suggesting beer pairings with their menu items. Heinzelmannchen will prepare tasting items from the cookbook, entitled Your Gnometown Cookbook, to be available upstairs during heir “book party” beginning at 6:30 p.m. In addition, anyone who brings in a purchased copy of the book to Spring Street that evening will receive a discount on dinner on the night of February 25th.
